Under this solution an AWS Certified Solutions Architect will sit together over a 2-hour call on screen-share and discuss the reason behind your unexpected AWS bill and uncover optimization opportunities and work together on the call to form a plan to reduce the costs. We may utilize tools such as AWS Billing and Cost Explorer.
