QBIS facilitates the integration of Asana with QuickBooks Online or Desktop, enabling users to sync tasks, time logs, and budgets directly with QuickBooks. Hours logged in Asana, as well as from third-party tools like Harvest or Clockify, are transferred into QuickBooks timesheets. Additionally, invoices can be auto-generated based on tracked project work. The integration ensures that project metadata and user assignments are accurately mapped to QuickBooks job costing and vendor records, providing a clear reflection of real project activity in accounting.
